Android O, "O" for Oreo 8.0.0 has been released for around a few months and you may already know that our beloved device Oneplus X (Onyx) has been dumped by Oneplus with Oxygen OS 3.1.4 which is made upon the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. But, Developers are there for our rescue! They have once again proved that nothing is impossible with hard work (and also their brains) and have gifted the Oneplus X users with the latest Android OREO!

So, i now confront you with some of the Android Oreo Custom ROM's made for Oneplus X (All credits go to the respective ROM Developers and Maintainers (Device Tree, ROM)).

1) AOSP (Android Open Source Project) by YumeMichi @XDA

This ROM has been around for a while and is the most stable build of Android Oreo for Oneplus X yet! Credits go to YumeMichi @XDA

2) Dirty Unicorns (DU) v12.0

The famous Dirty Unicorns ROM has joined the team! The ROM is pretty stock as for now with some features such as

Ticker Notifications
Notification and Battery LED Customisations
DU Changes

3) Validus (Ground Zero ROM's)

Ground Zero ROM's present you, VALIDUS ROM! I have been using this ROM as my daily driver and it also has the awesome "Validus Dark" mode which is perfect for the AMOLED screen of our Oneplus X! Credits go to NeroD @XDA again! :)

Stock camera app will not work, use the included Oneplus Camera Instead

4) GZOSP (Ground Zero Open Source Project)

This the AOSP project from the Ground Zero ROM's. This is the Validus ROM without the wolf skin on it. It provides more stability as it is more close to stock AOSP. Credits go to NeroD @XDA again! :)

5) XOS ROM (Halogen OS)

Seen the screenshots? It looks like Android 8.1 (New Power menu style) , but still on Android 8.0!
The XOS Project is based on Halogen OS. It is still under construction and will soon give you some great features! Do you wanna try it out? Download it below! Credits go to Chinmay!

6) Screw'd Androd

Screw'd is based on AOSP and built to optimize speed and battery life on nexus device. But hey, it is still open source and now, it has made it's way to Oneplus X (Onyx). Credits go to NeroD @XDA again! :) (This guy is on rage! Consider donating him or thanking him on +xda-developers ).
